Submitting forms, purchasing a report, or contacting us does not create a doctor-patient relationship. We may decline requests for any lawful reason.

Cash-pay only

Services are cash-pay only. Insurance is not billed.

Location restrictions

Clinical services (if offered) are limited by licensure and patient location. If you are outside eligible locations, you may be redirected to a waitlist or denied service.

Payment does not guarantee care

Payment for any report or service does not guarantee ongoing care, acceptance, prescriptions, or outcomes.
