What we store
Assessment responses, psychometric results, reports, analytics events, and safety events may be stored in Supabase/Postgres so the product can generate your report, preserve your session, and support basic admin review.

Seoudy is designed to feel private and bounded. We store what the product needs to generate your report and support the funnel, not a broader therapy or treatment record.
Why it is stored
Storage exists to deliver your report, preserve your session during the funnel, review safety interruptions, and support product operations. It is not a live clinical chart, patient portal, or emergency communication system.
Audio handling
When voice beta is used, short microphone clips are sent for transcription so they can enter the same assessment flow. The app stores the resulting transcript in the session, not the raw audio clip.
Admin access
Restricted admin access can review sessions, reports, psychometric summaries, and safety flags, and can reset or delete stored user data for operations and safety review.
Important limit
This product is not designed for urgent communication. Do not use it to seek real-time crisis support, emergency monitoring, or time-sensitive medical guidance.
